Return policy

1. Conditions for Product Exchange/Return

Customers should check the condition of the goods and may exchange/return them at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:

The product does not match the type or model specified in the order or displayed on the website at the time of ordering.

The quantity is insufficient or missing items compared to the order.

The external condition is damaged, such as torn packaging, peeling, or breakage.

Customers must present the purchase invoice or proof that the product was purchased through Pet Lovers’ official channels such as Website, Facebook, Zalo, Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, etc.

Return/Exchange Period: Within 2 days from the date of receipt. Please keep the receipt to ensure your rights.

Only one exchange is allowed, before 12:00 noon on the applicable day.

The product must remain with its original seal, tags, and labels, and must not have been used or assembled.

The exchanged product must be of equal value to the original product.

Products under promotion are not eligible for exchange/return.

Return/Exchange Location: Customers may bring the product directly to our office/store or send it via postal service.
